I get the following error message when I try to log into MyCSUDH. What should I do?

This means that you need to add https://my.csudh.edu to your list of trusted Web sites in your Internet Explorer (IE) browser settings. Here's how:
- On the IE toolbar, click Tools;
- Click Internet Options;
- Click the Security tab;
- Click Trusted Sites;
- Click Sites;
- Add https://my.csudh.edu to the list of trusted sites.
If you are new to CSUDH, your first step is to activate your MyCSUDH account:
1. Go to https://my.csudh.edu.
2. Click on the link that says Activate Your Account (it's underneath the login area).
3. To activate your account, log in with the username and password combination supplied in the letter from the university.
4. Then you will be prompted to create two security questions and change your default password to something more secure than your birthdate (your “activation code”). Later if you forget your password, you will be able to reset it by correctly answering the security questions.
5. Go back to the MyCSUDH home page, and log in using your username (e.g., rjones26) and the new password you just created.
At MyCSUDH, you can perform activities such as checking your application status and registering for classes.
